Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the PSG77 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Upon registration, Players are required to provide accurate information including, but not limited to, a valid email address, a chosen username, a strong password, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. PSG77 does not accept registrations submitted with false, misleading, or incomplete information.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username and password. PSG77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a unique, complex password not shared across other services. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility unless you have notified PSG77 of unauthorised access in writing without undue delay.
PSG77 may, at its sole discretion, require Players to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals or following certain account events. Verification documents may include a Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (NRIC), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. PSG77 aims to process standard KYC reviews within 2 business days of receiving complete documentation.

Withdrawal requests submitted during operating hours (8:00am – 2:00am MYT) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. PSG77 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Players may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in their own name. PSG77 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit, or to a verified account matching the Player's registered identity.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to access and view Platform content for your own entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorised use of PSG77's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PSG77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
In all cases where PSG77's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, PSG77's maximum liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
